The rules for using HookRipple. Please read them carefully.

Agreement
By creating an account or using HookRipple you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use HookRipple on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
Beta service
HookRipple is currently offered free of charge as a beta. Features, limits and availability may change, and we may introduce paid plans in future with advance notice. We do not charge for anything you have not explicitly agreed to.
Your account
Sign in with a Google or GitHub account you control. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure.
Your content
You keep all rights to the requests, credentials and payloads you place in HookRipple. You grant us only the permissions needed to store, process and transmit that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to process any data you send or receive, and should avoid using real personal or payment data wherever synthetic data will do.
Requests and replays
HookRipple sends requests and replays only when you tell it to. Those actions can have real effects on the systems you target, including financial or operational effects. Verify destinations and payloads before sending.
Availability and limits
We aim to keep HookRipple fast and available but provide it "as is", without uptime guarantees, especially during the beta. Do not rely on it as a production queue, payment processor or system of record.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HookRipple is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from requests or replays you initiate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using HookRipple at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that put the service or others at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without prejudice to consumer protections you have in your own country.
